Pool package terms

This offer is provided by Lumeous Pty Ltd, trading as MONO, Sydney, Australia. These terms apply to the introductory pool concept package, not to unrelated MONO services.

Your package and price

A one-off A$99 including GST (A$90 plus A$9 GST) buys one 30-second MP4 concept video, five high-resolution concept images and one consolidated correction round, for one backyard and one proposed pool design. Delivery is by email with a download link. There is no subscription. The introductory offer is for Australian customers.

Getting started

Pay through Stripe using your name and email address, then email robin@monohq.co with backyard photos, your pool idea and approximate dimensions. Include any plans, proposed finishes, visual references and details to preserve or avoid. Use the same email address as checkout so we can match your brief to your payment. Do not send card details by email.

Turnaround

After we receive and accept a complete brief, we will confirm the delivery timing by email. Payment alone does not start production. Briefs received outside normal business hours, Sydney time are reviewed when we are next available; this is not a 24-hour service.

If information is missing, we will tell you what we need. If we cannot accept your project or meet the confirmed delivery deadline, you can choose an agreed alternative or a full refund before production begins. A correction round has its own delivery time agreed by email.

Corrections and changes

One consolidated correction round is included to bring the visuals into line with your original brief. Send your changes together by replying to the delivery email. A different design, additional views, a new property or other added scope will be quoted separately and will not be charged without your approval. Your statutory rights are not restricted to this correction round.

Cancellations, delays and refunds

You may cancel by email for a full refund before production starts. If we miss the confirmed delivery deadline, you may choose a revised deadline or cancel for a full refund. After production begins, contact us to discuss any other cancellation or dissatisfaction; this does not remove any refund, remedy or cancellation rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a service fails to meet an applicable guarantee, the remedies required by law remain available. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank processing time is separate.

Concepts, not construction documents

These AI-assisted images and videos are illustrative visualisations of an idea. They are not measured plans, engineering advice, construction documentation, a site survey or certification of pool safety, fencing, setbacks, structural design or regulatory compliance. Details, dimensions, materials, reflections and landscaping may differ from a final build.

Have a qualified pool builder and relevant professionals check the proposal before construction. When sharing visuals with your customer, identify them as illustrative concepts rather than photographs of completed work. We do not guarantee planning approval, a signed quote, sales conversion or any particular commercial result.

Your material and use of the outputs

Only supply photos, plans, logos and references you are authorised to share and use for this work. Obtain any necessary permission from property owners and people appearing in your material. Remove unnecessary personal information and tell us before sending confidential or restricted material so we can agree a suitable workflow.

You retain rights in the material you supply. After payment, you may use the delivered visuals in your proposals, presentations and marketing for the project, subject to any third-party rights in supplied material. AI-assisted output is not guaranteed to be unique or capable of exclusive copyright protection. We do not use your project as a public case study without separate permission.
