Pool service privacy notice

Updated 21 September 2026

Lumeous Pty Ltd, trading as MONO, handles information for this pool visualisation offer. Contact robin@monohq.co about this notice or your information.

Information involved

When you request a free concept, we collect your name, company, email address, optional phone number, project brief and the photos, plans or references you upload. We use these details to review your project, prepare the concept and contact you about it. Uploaded files are sent to MONO by email through our email provider. We won’t add you to marketing emails unless you separately choose to receive them.

Checkout collects your name, email and billing information through Stripe. MONO receives order and payment-status information needed to identify and fulfil the order. Stripe handles card information; the MONO landing page does not collect card numbers or card security codes.

Your project photos, plans, dimensions, references and notes may contain personal information or identify a property. Send only information needed for the project, remove unnecessary personal details, and obtain permission to share material belonging to other people.

Why we use it

We use this information to process and match payments, communicate with you, prepare and deliver the package, manage corrections or refunds, handle enquiries and disputes, and maintain necessary business and accounting records. Required contact and project information is needed to provide the service. Buying a package does not by itself subscribe you to promotional emails.

Service providers and AI processing

Providing the service involves payment, email, file-storage, accounting and creative-production providers. Stripe processes payments. Our AI-assisted creative workflow uses Higgsfield and selected underlying generation models; relevant project images and instructions may be processed by those providers. Our website is hosted through GitHub Pages and uses Google Analytics as described below.

Provider systems may process information outside Australia, including in the United States, under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not send confidential, sensitive or contractually restricted material without first discussing the processing requirements with us. We cannot promise that every third-party provider processes data solely in Australia.

We do not publish customer photos, plans or completed projects as promotional examples without separate permission. The example pools on the landing page are illustrative generated concepts, not customer construction projects.

Website analytics

The pool page uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions such as section views, video plays and progress, image selections, FAQ opens and checkout clicks. Tagged outreach links can identify a campaign, test variant or batch. Our tags are designed not to send your name, email address or project material to Google Analytics. Technical information, cookies and online identifiers may be processed by Google under its privacy policy.

A video view, email open or checkout click does not prove a purchase. Browser privacy controls and blockers can limit analytics. You can disable MONO analytics in this browser below; clearing browser storage resets this choice.

Retention and security

Information is held for the purposes described above and for necessary legal, accounting and dispute-handling requirements. Contact us to request deletion of project material or discuss any retention restrictions before you send it. Some records may need to be retained, and providers may have separate retention and backup practices. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access, correction and complaints

Email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing information. We will explain any restrictions that prevent us from fulfilling a request. If a concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable.
