What exactly do I receive for A$99?
A$99 includes GST. You receive one 30-second MP4 concept video and five high-resolution images, covering one backyard and one proposed pool concept. We email a download link so you can share the files with your customer.
How much work do I have to do?
Add 1–10 backyard photos, choose your hero angle and describe the pool you’re proposing. Include at least one plan or reference image to guide the first concept.
Do I need finished plans?
No finished plans are needed. Add at least one plan, sketch or visual reference, and tell us any essential shape, placement or finish requirements. Details you haven’t specified will be interpreted.
When do I receive the package?
Fast turnaround once we have your complete brief. If anything essential is missing, we’ll let you know before production begins.
What if I’m not happy with a detail?
One consolidated correction round is included to bring the concept into line with the original brief. Send your notes together by email. A new design or changed scope is quoted separately, with your approval before additional charges. Your applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
Is this construction accurate?
No. These are AI-assisted sales concepts, not measured architectural drawings, engineering documents, compliance assessments or construction plans. Check dimensions, safety requirements and feasibility through your normal design and approval process.
Can you match materials and finishes?
We use your references to guide the look. AI concepts may vary in fine detail, colour or geometry, so they shouldn’t be used as exact product or material specifications.
How does this help my proposal?
It gives your customer a visual to discuss alongside the price and scope. They can picture the direction and share it with other decision-makers. It doesn’t guarantee a sale.
Can I share these with my customer?
Yes, the package is intended for your customer-facing proposal. Make clear that the visuals are illustrative concepts and pair them with your confirmed scope and specifications.
Will you publish my customer’s photos?
We will ask for separate permission before using your supplied photos or project in our public examples. Please only send material you have permission to share for this work.
What if I need to cancel or delivery is late?
